You agree to use the Platform responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the conduct of all Authorized Users within your organization's account.
Gyre One is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is logically isolated. You shall not attempt to access, view, or interfere with the data of any other organization or user on the Platform.
This AUP is not exhaustive. Conduct not explicitly listed may still constitute a violation if it undermines the integrity, security, or intended use of the Platform.
2. Prohibited Uses
You shall not use the Platform, directly or indirectly, to:
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

Create deepfakes, impersonation content, or materials designed to deceive others about the identity of the author or speaker.
Produce content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties, including generating text that systematically reproduces copyrighted material.
Use AI tools to generate legal documents or financial projections with the intent to misrepresent them as the work product of a licensed professional (attorney, CPA, etc.) when no such professional was involved.
3.2 Content Responsibility
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated output before use in your business.
Gyre One does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legal sufficiency, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Financial projections generated by the Platform are estimates based on the inputs you provide. They do not constitute financial advice and should not be represented to third parties as guaranteed outcomes.
Legal templates generated by the Platform are general-purpose starting points. They do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for having any legal documents reviewed by qualified counsel before execution.
4. Website Hosting and Domain Registration
4.1 Hosted Website Content

You shall comply with all applicable ICANN policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).
Domain WHOIS information must be accurate and kept current. Providing false registrant information is grounds for immediate suspension.
Bulk domain registration for speculative resale or for use in spam, phishing, or fraud campaigns is prohibited.
4.3 Hosting Responsibility
Gyre One reserves the right to remove or disable access to any hosted content that violates this AUP, applicable law, or the rights of third parties. Gyre One will comply with lawful takedown requests, including DMCA notices. Repeated violations may result in termination of your hosting and domain services.
5. Email Marketing
5.1 CAN-SPAM and Anti-Spam Compliance
The Platform provides email marketing tools. All email sent through the Platform must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR (where applicable), CASL (Canada), and any other applicable anti-spam legislation. Specifically:
You shall only send marketing emails to recipients who have opted in to receive communications from you. Purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested email lists are strictly prohibited.
Every marketing email must include a clear, functional unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests must be honored within 10 business days.
Emails must accurately identify the sender. You shall not use false or misleading header information, forged sender addresses, or deceptive subject lines.
Each marketing email must include your valid physical mailing address.
You shall not send emails that impersonate another business, organization, or individual.
5.2 Email Volume and Reputation
Email sending is subject to the volume limits specified in your subscription plan. Attempting to circumvent volume limits is prohibited.

6.2 Customer and CRM Data
You shall ensure that all customer data uploaded to or collected through the Platform (including CRM contacts, email lists, and customer records) is lawfully obtained and that you have all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to process such data.
You shall not upload data that contains malware, harmful code, or data that violates applicable law.
You shall not upload sensitive personal data (as defined under GDPR or equivalent legislation) unless you have obtained explicit consent from the relevant data subjects and have informed Gyre One in advance.
You shall comply with all applicable data protection laws when using the CRM, email marketing, and customer management features of the Platform.

7.1 Rate Limits
API access is subject to the rate limits specified in your subscription plan and the Documentation. You shall not attempt to circumvent rate limits by creating multiple accounts, rotating credentials, or using distributed systems to exceed your allocated capacity.
7.2 Responsible Use
API calls must include proper authentication headers and must not impersonate other users or systems.
You shall implement reasonable error handling, including exponential backoff for failed requests, to avoid excessive load on the Platform.
Bulk data operations should be performed during off-peak hours where possible and in accordance with the Documentation.
